David Robbio is a seasoned real estate professional with over 10 years of experience serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area. He began his career as Rookie of the Year and has since built a track record that places him in the top 0.01% of agents on the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board — a distinction he’s earned year after year through consistent performance, high standards, and client-first service.
Starting as a solo agent, David built early success through his original brand, the Robbio Realty Group — a small but high-performing team that quickly gained traction and earned a strong reputation in the market. In 2024, with a growing vision for scale and service, David partnered with now-business partner Jake Nicolle to form the Robbio Nicolle Real Estate Team. Together, they set out to raise the bar — not only in the calibre of agents and administrative talent they brought on board, but also in delivering an elevated client experience across the board.
As co-founder of the Robbio Nicolle Real Estate Team, David leads a boutique firm that includes six full-time agents and eight dedicated administrative professionals. The team transacts over $250 million in real estate annually, and David himself has personally sold over half a billion dollars throughout his career.

Outside of real estate, David is a devoted family man. He’s married to his high school sweetheart and is the proud father of two sons, Christian and Hayes. David is also a mentor and keynote speaker, having shared insights with fellow Realtors across the country on how to build a business that’s both high-performing and values-driven. He and his team are passionate about giving back, regularly supporting charitable initiatives both locally and internationally — from building wells and churches in Africa to supporting underserved communities across South America.
