The key points which impressed me the most were professionalism, transparency while deal was going on and the best one they were never pushy or forcing us to go for something until we said so. Instead, Ill tell you, that if you haven't called his office yet, you need to ask yourself why. Jake Nicolle is not only a father, husband and professional beard grower but also my go to guy to buy and sell real estate. The guy is amazing, if he pat you on the back, you would want to put it on your resume and list it on your LinkdIn If life gives you lemons, make lemonade and then get Jake and his team to sell that lemonade for you. I don't know how Jake buys anything on credit card, because his personality is so magnetic. But even better then Jake must possibly be the team he surrounds himself with. From superstar Stephanie, to sensational Sarah and Sebastion the Savvy, the Jake Nicolle Team is a group of Rockstars. Sarah van der Donk was referred to us by a family member and we couldn’t have been happier with the services provided. Over a 4-5 month period, Sarah and the Jake Nicolle team patiently helped my husband and I review 30+ homes. At no point did I feel we were being pushed to purchase a home outside of our budget or a home that would benefit the real estate team; all they seemed to care about was our happiness. When my husband and I wanted to view a home last minute, Sarah would make herself available within the hour. If at a random point at night we had a question, Sarah would answer our texts/calls. When Sarah was on holiday, someone else was immediately available to us to view more homes. When there was a home we really wanted, Sarah and Jake battled back and forth with the home owners on our behalf. Additionally , they were able to offer wise counsel. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable of the trade, but if she couldn’t answer a question, she always had her laptop available to research or a team member she could ask.
